The cavity of the ozone generator is defined as a discharge chamber, which is the core component of the plate ozone generator. A discharge module unit is mainly composed of a ground electrode, a high voltage electrode, and a ceramic dielectric body. A standard modular unit produces 2.2lbs (1kg) of ozone per hour.
The discharge chamber adopts water cooling technology. When the closed-loop cooling water passes through the electrode of the discharge chamber, the cooling of each discharge channel is uniform, thereby increasing the ozone yield. Ceramics treatment is fully applied to the whole surface of discharge channel, effectively preventing plasma and ozone corrosion. In order to prevent ozone leakage, multiple layers of sealing protection are applied to the discharge chamber to ensure the reliable and safe performance of the discharge chamber.
