The discharge chamber of TLW™ ozone generator adopts modular design, which facilitates large-scale ozone production, equipment installation, debugging and maintenance.
The specific design of the plate structure discharge chamber makes it much easier to control the gap between the electrodes and improve the cooling efficiency, thereby achieving high ozone generation efficiency and high ozone concentration.
TLW™ ozone generator adopts 1) non-pressure vessel design to avoid explosion; 2) grounding protection design that ensures equipment and personnel safety; 3) digital high-frequency and high-voltage power supply with over-current, over-voltage and short circuit protection; 4) water pressure, flow rate, oxygen pressure alarm and IGBT overheat protection etc. The safety and reliability of TLW™ ozone generator is fully improved through a modularity and integration solution.
The ozone generator adopts a unique structural design, which makes the discharge gap less than 0.2mm. This design increases the micro-discharge density, thereby increasing ozone yield and concentration. The standard generated ozone concentration is up to 14% BW. The maximum ozone concentration is as high as 20% BW.
In the long-term operation of a traditional ozone generator, the formation of metal oxide on the surface of the ground electrode will increase the resistance of the oxygen flow and impact the heat dissipation, leading to the continuous decrease of the generated ozone concentration. Tenleeway applies a special ceramic treatment process onto the surface of the ground electrode, which ensures the ozone concentration attenuation rate is less than 1% in 10 years.
The modular plate design decreases the high redundancy needs for TLW™ ozone generator compared to the traditional ozone generators, which can truly reduce the purchase cost for a user.
